On Unreal Engine 4, we develop 3D architectures, interactive virtual tours, photogrammetry, augmented reality, composition, real-time configurators, 2D graphics and video games.

Mission

You will have to support the team in the various projects of the studio, your versatility will be your major asset.
Collaborate with creative and project directors to create technically sound, engaging and memorable visuals.
Generate visual quality in collaboration with your main artists.
Make sure that the strengths of character meet the specifications provided by all the departments concerned.
Able to accurately track common goals, giving priority to the team, while demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
Motivate and inspire the artistic team by ensuring that the style and artistic ambience are consistent with our defined visual style.
Manage the Artistic Leadership Team, including regular meetings with participants, setting goals, ensuring the team's well-being and providing mentorship.
Maintain the level of quality, efficiency and consistency of the entire artistic team.

Candidate Profile

At least 3 years of experience in game development.
Experience in creating the unique visual style of the project.
Ability to seek common ground with artists and developers and convey your vision of desired results.
Possibility to create sketches, finished illustrations and models (the creation of animations and videos will be a major asset).
Ability to work within the style of projects already underway.

Mission

You will maintain a balance between the requirements of technical rigor, visual quality and immersion, performance optimization and modularity.
Design, model / texture and illuminate real-time 3D environments as part of a realistic artistic direction / photo realistic adapted to different platforms (VR, Consoles, PC, etc.).
Implement scenes and props on Unreal Engine 4.

Candidate Profile

Experiences in a real-time 3D studio (1 year or more).
Mastery of Maya / 3D Studio Max design tools, Zbrush, Substance and Photoshop.
Perfect mastery of props optimization.
Excellent knowledge of the Unreal Engine 4 engine and its PBR rendering pipe.
Good artistic sensitivity: sculpture, architecture, composition and lighting.
Know how to collaborate and communicate constructively.
Have the sense of initiative and be determined in achieving high results.

Would be a plus

Knowledge of shaders and nodal interfaces (logic).
Good command of the English language.
Amateur video games.

Mission
